Situation intérieure de Belgique
Essad Bey reports that the bill on financial aid for primary education caused unrest in Belgium. The Catholic government did not have a large majority and thus did not feel strong enough to address the question. Essad Bey heard that King Albert would intervene to suspend the bill until the next elections.
