Hamid Bey reports that “l’Etoile Belge” is one of Belgium’s most neutral Newspapers. The paper chose openly the side of the Ottomans in the Italian-Ottoman war, unlike “l’Indépendance Belge”. It is important to keep an eye on the public opinion and hopes that the sympathetic attitude of “l’Etoile Belge” is positive news.
